Place is a prime example of an adaptive re-use project
of a vintage residence. Located at 619 S. Pickwick in Springfield's Rountree
neighborhood, this multi-use Spanish residence was home to the architectural
firm of Casey Architecture. Allen Casey has owned and managed the property
since 1992 and has developed this property into a truly unique enterprise.

Zen3
Studio
is a mind, body and spirit cooperative offering yoga, massage and
artwork. The Tea Bar & Bites part of Zen3 offers relaxing dining
in a charming café. Quaint inside seating is available as
well as outside in the brick courtyard. The former three-car garage
has been converted into open Space Yoga Studio and the gourmet kitchen
facility used by Tea Bar & Bites. |
