The conversion of an abandoned 60,000 sq. ft. grocery store … into a state-of-the-art Operations Center for data processing and offices.

Exterior renovation included a new roof, masonry facade, skylights, and clerestory windows while interior renovation included new flexible & moveable wall systems. The entire facility utilizes a 16” high raised floor system which contains all of the electrical and communications systems as well as the HVAC air supply system.
